This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Radiogear BD. By placing an order with Radiogear BD, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
All products sold by Radiogear BD are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this Policy.
In the event that a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, the Customer must notify Radiogear BD within 1 (one) to 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe shall result in the claim being null and void, and no return, replacement, or refund will be applicable.
The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
All delivery and courier charges, including but not limited to shipments outside Dhaka, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Customer acknowledges that slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, display settings, or manufacturing differences. Such variations shall not constitute a defect and are not eligible grounds for return or refund.
Radiogear BD reserves the sole right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms stated in this Policy.
Radiogear BD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased.
Radiogear BD reserves the right to modify product pricing, availability, specifications, or cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.
By purchasing from Radiogear BD, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
